Z & M Care Limited - 4-10 Lyndhurst Road was rated Good in all areas, with kind, safe and personalised care found.

This was an unannounced, comprehensive inspection on 15 August 2019. One inspector and an expert by experience spoke with people, relatives, staff and visiting professionals. They observed care and mealtimes and checked care plans, medicines, staff records and management records.

The inspectors found people were safe, treated with kindness and involved in decisions about their care. Staff supported people to stay independent, keep relationships, attend activities and access the local community. Medicines, staffing, recruitment, food and healthcare arrangements were also found to be well managed.

All five areas were rated Good: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. The previous inspection rating was also Good, published on 25 July 2016. Good means the report found the home was consistently meeting people's needs and legal requirements at the time of this inspection.

    People described staff as kind and said they were well looked after. Inspectors also saw friendly relationships and respectful interactions.
