Rated Good; inspectors found safe, kind and personalised care, with all five areas rated Good.
The inspection took place unannounced on 28 July, 8 August and 19 August 2022. Inspectors spoke with people, relatives and staff, observed care, checked the premises and reviewed care, medicines, recruitment and quality records.
People said they felt safe and were well cared for. Inspectors found enough staff, safe medicines management, suitable infection control, well-managed risks and appropriate safeguarding. Staff were trained and supported, and people were helped with food, drink and healthcare.
Inspectors found that staff treated people with dignity and respect. Care plans reflected people's wishes, communication needs and interests. People could take part in activities, maintain relationships and raise complaints.
The home was rated Good overall and Good in Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. This means the inspection found good standards across all five areas, but it is not a guarantee that every person's experience will be the same.
People felt safe
People told inspectors they felt very safe and well looked after. Staff knew how to report safeguarding concerns, and risks were assessed and managed.

People and relatives spoke highly of staff's kindness. Inspectors found that staff respected dignity, privacy, wishes and independence.
