People said they were extremely happy. Inspectors found caring staff who knew people well, respected their privacy and supported their choices. Care was personalised, with many activities and strong links with families, community groups and local services.

The home was rated Good for Safe and Effective, and Outstanding for Caring, Responsive and Well-led. This was the first inspection under the new provider, registered in April 2018. Inspectors said the new provider had maintained the high quality found under the previous owner.
