What inspectors found, February 2018
Tushmore Lane was rated Good overall, with inspectors finding safe, kind and personalised care.
The home supports up to four people with learning disabilities and complex needs, including mental health needs, autism and Asperger's syndrome. Four people were using the service at the time, although one was in hospital and another was on holiday.
Inspectors visited on 9 January 2018. They spoke with people, relatives and staff, observed care, and checked care records, medicines records, staff files and management information. They also received feedback from health and social care professionals.
The home was rated Good in all five areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. This was the same overall rating as at the previous inspection on 4 August 2015.
Safe staffing and medicines
Inspectors found enough staff to meet people's needs safely and in good time. Medicines were administered, recorded and audited safely.

Kind and respectful care
Staff knew people well and treated them with respect. People were involved in decisions, and their privacy and dignity were protected.

Activities reflected people's interests and included outings, holidays, work and community involvement. Staff adapted support when people's health or behaviour changed.
