An earlier report, explained

What inspectors found, March 2022

Inspected but not rated; inspectors found good infection control and visiting arrangements.

This was an unannounced, targeted inspection on 24 February 2022. It looked at infection prevention and control, visiting arrangements, and whether COVID-19 staffing pressures affected people.

Inspectors found examples of good practice. Visitors could visit without restrictions, people were supported to go out, and checks were made for COVID-19 tests and vaccination where required.

The home was using testing, personal protective equipment, cleaning and other measures to reduce infection risks. Inspectors were assured about these arrangements and found the infection control policy was up to date.

The home was inspected but not rated. This means the report does not give an overall quality rating or ratings for the other key areas of care.

What inspectors praised
  • Visiting was supported
