What inspectors found, September 2020
Inspected but not rated; the targeted inspection found good leadership and no identified concerns about a closed culture.
This was a targeted inspection after concerns were received about care needs, risk management and a possible closed culture. The inspection looked only at whether the home was well-led.
Inspectors spoke with people living at the home, relatives and staff. They reviewed audits, complaints, surveys, meeting minutes and staff supervision records. They found positive feedback about the management and staff, with people saying they felt comfortable raising concerns.
The home had systems for gathering feedback, checking quality and improving the service. Inspectors rated the well-led question Good. The home was not given an overall rating because the other four areas were not inspected.
