What inspectors found, January 2022

Rated Good; inspectors found safe, kind and personalised care in this newly registered home.

The inspection took place on 26 November 2021. It was a planned inspection because the home was newly registered. Inspectors spoke with both people living there, staff, the manager and health and social care professionals. They also checked care plans, medicines, recruitment records and quality checks.

Inspectors found that people felt safe and were comfortable with staff. There were enough suitably checked staff, medicines were managed safely and risks were recorded. People received personalised support, had access to healthcare, and were helped to make choices and build independence.

All five areas were rated Good: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. This was the home's first inspection, so there was no earlier rating to compare with.
