This was a planned, announced inspection on 12 February 2019. The agency provides supported living and outreach support for children and adults with complex care needs and learning difficulties. Eleven people were receiving support.
Inspectors spoke with managers and staff, contacted seven relatives, and checked care records, recruitment records and other management records. They could not speak directly with people receiving support.

- 04How are care plans and risk assessments updated when my relative's needs change?
- 05How can we raise a complaint, and how will you keep us informed about the response?
