What inspectors found, February 2018
Coombe House Residential Home was rated Outstanding; inspectors found exceptionally caring, personalised support and strong leadership, with safety rated Good.

- 01How would you make sure my relative's personal routines, interests and communication needs are recorded and followed?
- 02What dementia training have staff completed, and how is their practice kept up to date?
- 03How do you adjust staffing if a resident needs one-to-one support, becomes unwell or wants to go out?
- 04If my relative needs restrictions such as room sensors, how would you involve the family and review whether they are still necessary?
- 05How would you involve us in care plan reviews and keep us informed about changes in our relative's health or wellbeing?
