This was an unannounced inspection on 27 April 2022. One inspector spoke with people, relatives and staff, and checked care records, medicine records, recruitment files and management records.
The report says people and relatives gave positive feedback. Inspectors found enough staff, safe recruitment, suitable risk checks, safe medicine management and good infection control. People were supported with food, drink and healthcare.

What inspectors found, February 2021
Inspected but not rated; inspectors found good infection control and enough staff, while the previous overall rating remained Good.
This was a targeted inspection on 21 January 2021 after a coronavirus outbreak. Inspectors checked infection control and staffing levels because of earlier anonymous concerns. They reviewed records and spoke with the manager and housekeeper.
Inspectors found that the home was clean and tidy. Staff used protective equipment properly and followed good hand hygiene. The home had enough skilled and experienced staff, who responded quickly when people needed help. Staff also supported people to keep in touch with relatives.
The home was inspected but not rated at this visit. The previous overall rating was Good, published in November 2019, and that rating remained unchanged. This inspection did not assess the whole service.
Infection control
The home had good infection prevention and control practices. Inspectors were assured that protective equipment, testing, cleaning and outbreak procedures were being used safely.
