Autism Together - 41 Church Road was rated Good, with safe, caring and personalised support found across all five areas.
Inspectors visited on 20 September 2017. The visit was announced and included speaking with people living in the home, a relative, staff and the manager. They observed care and checked medicines, records, staffing, training, maintenance and quality checks.
The home was found to be safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. Staff knew people's needs, medicines were managed safely, care plans were personalised and people were supported to make choices. People had varied activities and were involved in decisions about their daily lives.
The overall rating was Good, and all five question ratings were Good. This was unchanged from the previous inspection.
Consistent staff team
The home had a stable staff team. Inspectors said this helped people know who would support them.

Safe medicines
Medicines were stored and managed safely. Controlled medicines were carefully monitored and weekly audits were carried out.
